I was speaking with my buddy about some of the trials and tribulations that I have with support – no not the group at work. I am the tech support person for some of my family, and it turns out so is my friend.
He explained that his mom just recently switched to the iPhone. This was a pretty busy time for him as this was her first smart phone. He did manage to solve most of the issues, but then she wanted to use the Facetime app with him. She is not stupid, but it did require a bit of explanation that app is only for apple and he uses android.
She is learning to use a smart-phone and that’s great, the thing that I really did love was her term for the charger. She apparently refers to it as
“the pumper upper”
